Learnova VR and AR Academy

1.Introduction

Welcome to Learnova VR and AR Academy (“Learnova,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing and using our virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) educational services, including our website and applications (collectively, “Services”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). 2.User Eligibility

a. Students

Learnova’s Services are intended for individuals of all ages, but students under the age of 10 require parental consent to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you are either above the age of 10 or have obtained parental consent.

b. Parents or Guardians

If you are a parent or legal guardian of a student under the age of 18, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the student and take responsibility for the student’s compliance with these Terms.

c. Franchise Directors, Franchisees, and Employees

If you are a franchise director, franchisee, or employee of Learnova, you agree to adhere to these Terms and any additional contractual obligations set forth in your respective agreements with Learnova.

3. Account Creation and Security

a. Students

To access certain features of our Services, students may need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

b. Parents or Guardians

If you are creating an account for a student under the age of 18, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian and have the authority to provide the required consent on behalf of the student.

c. Franchise Directors, Franchisees, and Employees

If applicable, access to certain features of our Services may require account creation. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Use of Services

a. Students

Learnova grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for educational purposes. You may not use the Services for any unauthorized or unlawful purpose.

b. Parents or Guardians

You may access and use our Services on behalf of the student under your care, subject to compliance with these Terms.

c. Franchise Directors, Franchisees, and Employees

You may access and use our Services as per your respective agreements with Learnova and these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

a. Content Ownership

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, and other materials available through our Services, is owned by Learnova or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

b. License to Use Content

Students and authorized users may use the content provided through our Services solely for educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit the content without Learnova’s prior written consent.

c. Trademarks

Learnova’s name, logo, and other trademarks are the property of Learnova. You may not use Learnova’s trademarks without our prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in the following activities while using our Services:

a. Payment

If our Services or specific features require payment, you agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner. Learnova may use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

b. Refunds

c. Franchise Directors, Franchisees, and Employees

Termination may occur as per the terms specified in your respective agreements with Learnova.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Learnova, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learnova and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamilnadu. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in Delhi.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Learnova regarding your use of our Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
