Learnova (a brand of Uvisoft Technology Private Limited) is committed to providing transparent, fair, and reliable policies for all services, workshops, training programs, lab setups, interactive experiences, and franchise partnerships. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and obligations regarding refunds for services provided by Learnova.
By enrolling in any Learnova program or purchasing any service, product, or franchise offering, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1.1. All fees paid for Learnova services are subject to this Refund Policy unless otherwise specified in a separate contract or agreement.
1.2. Purchase refers to any paid service including workshops, training programs, interactive experiences, VR Lab setups, franchise payments, and online programs.
1.3. Learnova reserves the right to update this policy from time to time. Updated policies will apply to future transactions made after the date of modification.
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased:
Full refunds will be considered if the cancellation request is received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event date.
50% refunds may be issued for cancellations received 3β6 days prior to the event.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 72 hours before the start of the program.
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to Learnova via email or official contact channels.
Full refunds (minus processing charges) will be considered if the refund request is received within 48 hours from the time of purchase and before the start of the program or access to course materials.
Once access to course platform or content has been granted, no refunds are permitted.
Custom hardware, VR headsets, accessories, and content licenses are non-refundable once ordered or delivered.
Refunds will only be considered if hardware is defective and within the warranty period per the manufacturerβs terms.
Shipping charges and processing fees are non-refundable.
Franchise fees, licensing fees, and associated payments are non-refundable once the agreement has been signed.
Refund considerations are subject to the conditions outlined in the separate Franchise Agreement.

3.3. Learnova will respond within 7β10 business days of receiving the request.
3.4. Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.
4.1. Learnova reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any service, workshop, or training due to operational, technical, or insufficient enrollment reasons.
4.2. In such cases, participants are eligible for a full refund or credit for a future service as per their preference.
4.3. Learnova is not responsible for additional costs (e.g., travel, accommodation) incurred by participants.
5.1. No refunds will be issued for partial attendance or no-show by participants for any scheduled service or program.
5.2. Fees are not transferable unless permitted by Learnova in writing.
6.1. Requests to modify VR Lab hardware orders, content packages, or training schedules must be submitted prior to fulfillment.
6.2. Learnova may charge administrative fees for modifications depending on the stage of order processing.
7.1. Any exceptions to this Refund Policy are at the sole discretion of Learnova and must be documented in writing.
7.2. Exceptions may be considered under extraordinary situations (e.g., medical emergencies, natural calamities) with valid supporting documents.
