Learnova prioritizes the physical and mental well-being of all users during VR and AR activities.
VR hardware must be used responsibly, with attention to user comfort, space limitations, and participant health conditions.
Facilitators, trainers, and partner institutions must follow these safety guidelines before and during all VR activities.
Participants under 18 years of age must submit a parental/guardian consent form before engaging in VR sessions, unless waived by the assigned institution.
Schools, colleges, and organizations are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions and waivers from parents or authorized guardians.
Before any VR experience, participants should be screened for:
Motion sickness or discomfort in digital environments
History of epilepsy, seizures, vertigo, fainting, or neurological conditions
Visual or motor impairments that may affect VR participation
Heart conditions or any physical limitations that could worsen during immersive experiences
Participants with pre-existing conditions must consult a healthcare professional before using VR equipment.
All VR headsets, controllers, and accessories must be cleaned and sanitized before and after use.
Participants must wear VR headsets only when instructed and under supervision.
Cables, wires, and hard surfaces should be secured to prevent tripping or impact injuries.
Equipment must be checked regularly for:
Structural damage
Loose parts or malfunctions
Hygiene readiness
Learnova emphasizes safe physical environments for VR usage:
Ensure adequate open space around the participant (recommended 2m Γ 2m free area)
Remove sharp edges, furniture, or obstacles from the VR activity zone
Provide stable flooring without slips or uneven surfaces
Provide proper lighting that doesnβt interfere with VR device tracking
Every VR session must be supervised by a trained Learnova facilitator or designated representative from the institution.
Supervisors must observe participant reactions and stop the session if discomfort is noticed.
Participants should be advised to take breaks if needed and avoid prolonged continuous usage.
Some users may experience:
Dizziness
Disorientation
Nausea
Eye strain or headaches
VR experiences should not exceed recommended durations without breaks.
Participants should be advised to:
Sit if they feel unsteady
Remove the VR headset immediately if discomfort occurs
Take rest before re-engaging in VR
VR equipment must be sanitized between every use.
Disposable face covers, wipes, or personal hygiene accessories should be used wherever possible.
Facilitators must ensure clean handling and proper storage of equipment.
In case of any medical emergency, the session must stop immediately.

Training locations (schools, colleges, public venues) must have a clear emergency exit plan and contact list.
Franchise partners and external VRX Point operators must:
Maintain the same safety and hygiene standards as Learnova
Train all staff in equipment handling, participant care, and emergency response
Provide clearly marked safety zones and participation guidelines
Ensure adequate supervision during all VR experiences

Learnova does not guarantee absence of all adverse reactions. By participating in any VR session, you acknowledge that:

VR may not be suitable for all health conditions
Participants assume responsibility for their own health decisions
