Maintain accurate records of referrals and communication for tracking and reporting purposes.

Commission Structure: Franchise Director will earn Rs. 25,000 for every successful referral who enrolls in our Education Academy pan India.

Fixed Salary: Franchise Director who achieve predetermined milestones will be eligible for a fixed salary in addition to the commission.

Bonus and Perks: Upon achieving the first successful referral, Franchise Director will be eligible for additional bonuses, perks, and rewards.
